Kimberly holds extensive training and certifications in all things birth, core and pelvic floor healthl. Currently focusing her studies to receive her Yoga Therapist certification and her doctorate in Naturopathy, she facilitates workshops, teacher training's and conducts private individual yoga and health coaching sessions as well as supporting and advocating for mother's through her Birth Doula and HypnoBirthing Childbirth Educator services.
