Service Description
Historically, expecting mom's are thought to be weak and delicate. You are so much stronger than you think and exercise during pregnancy will make you stronger during labor, experience an easier birth and faster recovery! A session package consists of eight (8) 60-minute sessions where you will be introduced to the Five Foundations of Pre & Postnatal Health, with an emphasis in these five areas: Core Breathing ~Diaphragm as the primary core muscle ~Core Breathing Belly Pump™ brand of exercise ~Breathing as the foundation of de-stressing and natural childbirth Exercise ~Learn the benefits that exercise has on baby ~Fitness programs to help you throughout your pregnancy Thoughts ~Coping during pregnancy in the world of "information overload" ~How to reduce stress during pregnancy ~Guided imagery techniques ~Get knowledge and support for postpartum depression Nutrition ~Powerful and concise introduction to nutrition ~Learn how our prenatal ancestors ate ~Learn the most important nutrient for your unborn baby Lifestyle ~Household Toxins - How environmental factors affect fertility and prenatal health ~Sleep / Circadian rhythms ~Learn the importance of creating “the village” Eight (8) 60 minute sessions = $360 ($45/session). Package must be paid in advance.
